In addition, the profile photo displayed in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.) is based on the photo stored in Active Directory on-prem, which customers do not have access to set directly. There are at least two ways to set your profile photo, and it can take some time (2-3 days) for all of the applications to synchronize the change. Profile photos are stored in several locations in the Microsoft 365 environment. My profile photo in SharePoint online is different than elsewhere.I updated by profile photo in Office 365 but Teams has not updated yet.
